Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the L3vlup website, mentoring services, bootcamp programs, AI coaching tools, and all related offerings (collectively, the “Services”) operated by L3vlup (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services Offered

L3vlup provides the following:

  • 1:1 Direct Mentoring — Live sessions with Surojit Chakraverti at $299/session.
  • Buyside Recruitment Bootcamp — 8-week group program at $1,500.
  • Analyst-to-Associate Accelerator — 6-week group program at $1,200.
  • AI Mentoring — AI-powered coaching subscription at $49/month (when available).

We reserve the right to modify pricing, program content, schedules, and availability at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Bootcamp programs: Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Once payment is processed, your spot is confirmed and the fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend all sessions. This applies even if you withdraw, are unable to attend, or are dissatisfied with the content.
  • 1:1 mentoring sessions: Payment is collected at booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
  • AI Mentoring subscription: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.[1]

4. Bootcamp & Program Terms

  • Cohort sizes are limited (max 20 students). Enrollment is first-come, first-served.
  • You are expected to attend all live sessions. Recordings will be provided but are not a substitute for live participation.
  • L3vlup reserves the right to remove a participant from a program for disruptive behavior, without refund.
  • Program schedules may be adjusted with reasonable notice. If L3vlup cancels a program before it starts, a full refund or credit will be issued.
  • Certificates of completion are issued at L3vlup's discretion and require attendance of a majority of sessions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through L3vlup Services — including but not limited to session recordings, slide decks, models, frameworks, templates, case studies, and written materials — is the intellectual property of L3vlup and/or its licensors.[2]

  • You may use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, share, upload, or publish any L3vlup content without prior written consent.
  • Sharing login credentials, session recordings, or proprietary materials with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.
  • Violation of IP terms may result in legal action.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

L3vlup does not guarantee any specific career outcome, job placement, interview result, promotion, or compensation change.

Our Services provide education, frameworks, and coaching to help you prepare for career transitions. Results depend on your individual effort, background, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.[3]

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • L3vlup's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
  • L3vlup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, career opportunities, or data.
  • L3vlup is not responsible for decisions you make based on advice, frameworks, or information provided during sessions.
  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. AI Mentoring Disclaimer

The AI Mentoring service uses artificial intelligence to provide coaching and practice. While trained on industry frameworks and real mentoring content:

  • AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. They should not be treated as professional financial, legal, or career advice.
  • AI coaching is a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional mentoring or judgment.
  • We continuously improve the AI but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses.
  • Conversations with the AI may be reviewed to improve service quality (anonymized and aggregated).

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • Information shared during mentoring sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
  • We collect and process personal data (name, email, LinkedIn URL, career information) for service delivery. Data is stored securely via Supabase and Stripe.
  • We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
  • You consent to receiving communications related to your enrolled Services and our newsletter (you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • Payment information is processed securely through Stripe. L3vlup does not store credit card details.

10. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

  • Treat mentors, staff, and fellow cohort members with respect and professionalism.
  • Not record sessions without explicit permission from all parties.
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
  • Not misrepresent their identity or professional background.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at contact@l3vlup.com. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, with the arbitration taking place in the jurisdiction of L3vlup's principal place of business.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
